Individual Therapy and ADHD Coaching

​

I will work with you to help you start to feel better and overcome your struggles.  I am passionate about working with post-secondary students and young adults who struggle with anxiety, ADHD, depression, stress, self-esteem, body image or transition issues, relationship or friendship problems.  Since 2002, I have been counselling people in the post-secondary setting and have focused on providing therapy to people who had ADHD, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health Concerns.  I am not new to online therapy and have yars of experience providing phone and secure video counselling.  As a former high school teacher, college professor,  and a certified Learning Strategist, I can provide therapy with a focus on academics to hlep you achieve success during the semester.

Clinical Supervision

I am now at a point in my career where I want to give back to my profession by supervising Registered Psychotherapists, RP(Qualifyings) and MSW's. In supervision, I believe you are the expert of your own journey.  I will work with you and help you set your own professional goals for supervision and help you achieve them.  I create a supervision environment where you can feel comfortable talking about difficult situations in your sessions or struggles you may have, but I also focus on your strengths, achievements and wins.  My uniques skill set, which combines psychotherapy and teaching allows me to incorporate a variety of techniques into supervision sessions.  I have a flexible approach and am able to tailor your supervisions sessions to meet you needs.
